VersaTix offers a feature that allows you to set ticket limits, controlling the number of concurrent open tickets a user can have in your Discord server. By setting ticket limits, you can manage user interactions more effectively and ensure a smooth support experience. To set up ticket limits using VersaTix, follow these steps:
To initiate the process of setting up ticket limits, open any text channel on your Discord server where VersaTix is present and enter the following command: /ticket limit
When running the command, you'll be required to specify the maximum number of concurrent open tickets a user can have. For example, if you enter "5," each user will be limited to having a maximum of five open tickets simultaneously.
After providing the ticket limit, VersaTix will display a confirmation message summarizing your choice
Once the ticket limit is set up, VersaTix will automatically enforce the specified maximum number of concurrent open tickets per user. If a user tries to create a new ticket while they already have the maximum allowed open tickets, VersaTix will inform them that they have reached the limit and cannot create a new ticket until they close one of their existing tickets.
Congratulations! You have successfully set up ticket limits with VersaTix. Now you can control the number of concurrent open tickets per user, ensuring a more organized and efficient support process. If you encounter any issues or have further questions, feel free to consult the or documentation for assistance.
