To set up new tickets with VersaTix, follow these steps:

In order to create a new ticket, you must have the following permission(s):

  • "Manage Server"

Step 1: Running the setup command

To initiate the ticket setup process, open any text channel on your Discord server where VersaTix is present and enter the following command: /ticket setup

Step 2: Completing the "Setup Message"

After running the /ticket setup command, VersaTix will prompt you to complete a setup. This message will be used to customise the contents of the ticket. The sections you will be asked to customise are as follows:

  1. Title: Enter a brief descriptive title for the ticket.

  2. Description: Provide a detailed description of what the ticket is for and what kind of issues or requests it should be used for

Step 3: Finalising the Setup

Once you have entered the information, you can click "Done". The bot will now create an embed with a button in the channel you specified in the setup command

Congratulations! You have successfully set up a ticket using VersaTix. Now your server members can efficiently communicate their support needs, and your staff members can easily handle and track user inquiries. If you encounter any issues or have further questions, feel free to consult the or documentation for assistance.
