In order to create a new ticket, you must have the following permission(s):

  • "Manage Server"

VersaTix provides a simple and efficient way to log closed ticket transcripts in a designated channel for easy reference and record-keeping. To log tickets using VersaTix, follow these steps:

Step 1: Running the "/ticket log" Command

To initiate the process of logging tickets, open any text channel on your Discord server where VersaTix is present and enter the following command: /ticket log When running this command, you will need to specify the channel where the transcripts of closed tickets should be saved. For example, if you select "#ticket-logs", each transcript will be logged to the "#ticket-logs" channel.

Step 2: Confirmation

After providing the channel selection, VersaTix will display a confirmation message summarising your choice.

Step 3: Logging Closed Tickets

Once the ticket logging is set up, VersaTix will automatically save transcripts of closed tickets to the specified channel. Whenever a ticket is closed using either the "Close Ticket" button or the "/ticket close" command, the transcript will be stored in the designated channel for future reference.

Congratulations! You have successfully set up ticket logging with VersaTix. Now all closed ticket transcripts will be stored in the specified channel, allowing your staff to review and track past interactions with users. If you encounter any issues or have further questions, feel free to consult the or documentation for assistance.
